Over the upcoming months and by December 31, 2025, Theodore & Pringle Optical will cease operations and be replaced by Specsavers Canada Inc., (“Specsavers”) in select locations. As these new Specsavers stores open, their details – including their opening date – will be added to https://www.specsavers.ca/stores. You can also use this page to find the nearest open Specsavers location at any time.

As part of this transition, the optical services you were receiving from Theodore & Pringle along with your personal information, including optical records and purchase history, will be securely transferred to Specsavers, and subject to their privacy policy, available here: https://www.specsavers.ca/privacy-policy.

What will happen to your optometry patient record?

If you received optometry services, such as eye exams, your optometry patient record will remain with your Optometrist. You can reach out to them directly if you have any questions.

What if your eyewear is still under warranty?

Rest assured that Specsavers will honour Theodore & Pringle warranties, after your local store has closed, subject to terms and conditions and at the discretion of your Specsavers location.
